We stayed for 4 night and enjoyed our stay. Luke was the best host ever. We faced garden from the window. It was located in a lovely quiet area not far from Carbis Bay beach, a quiet neighbourhood which was nice after the bustle of St Ives and the bus stops,🙂

This cozy little studio apartment was everything I could have asked for on my city break. The hosts, Sheryl and Luke, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The complimentary homemade bread and jam were a delightful treat, and I loved the fact that they had considered my dietary preferences by offering vegan options. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance to the town center. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. I had a fantastic stay.
Honestly, I can't really think of anything negative to say about my experience at this hotel. It was just great in every way.

The apartment is small but cozy, perfect for a getaway with your significant other or for a solo traveler like me. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for basic cooking, making it convenient for quick meals. The private entrance gives a sense of exclusivity and privacy. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and comfortable. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for some evening entertainment. I loved the garden views from the patio, it felt refreshing and peaceful. The soundproofing was surprisingly effective, ensuring a quiet and uninterrupted stay.
The bathroom could have been slightly bigger, but it still served its purpose well.

The free WiFi was a nice touch, I could finally binge-watch Netflix in peace. The garden and patio were lovely, perfect for pretending to enjoy nature. The Land's End Airport was conveniently close, for a quick escape.
Who needs Porthmeor Beach when you have no hob to cook on? How refreshing to have Sheryl cook for me instead.

The studio itself was stylishly decorated and had modern fixtures and fittings, making it comfortable and pleasant to stay in.
